TJA1043T/1J Overview
An excellent driver IC for common LEDs thanks to its enhanced 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.This receiver is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.The Transceiver can transceiver type enables this part to be used in a wide range of applications.This wide receiver can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This differential driver requires a 4.5V~5.5V power supply.At any given time, there can be up to 1/1 eligible receivers/drivers for this electronic part.In most applications, this ic receiver is used in environments where -40°C~150°C is the operating temperature.An output voltage range of 5V is sufficient to run this line driver ic efficiently.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this wide receiver has 14 terminations integrated.A package consisting of 14 market standard pinouts is provided with this integrated circuit.Integrating circuits from the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series are power-saving integrating circuits.
