The S9S08SG16E1CTL is an 8-bit MCU, S08 core, 16KB Flash, 40MHz, -40/+85degC, Automotive Qualified, SOP 28. The MC9S08SG32 devices are 8-bit microcontrollers that are part of the high-performance, low-cost HCS08 family. The high-temperature devices of the MC9S08SG32 Series have been certified to meet or exceed AEC Grade 0 specifications, enabling them to function up to 150 °C TA. The upgraded HCS08 core is used by all MCUs in the series, which also comes in a range of module options, memory sizes, memory kinds, and package options.
