PN7462AUEV/C300Y Description
The 32-bit Arm Cortex-M0 based PN7462AUEV/C300Y family of NFC microcontrollers offers high performance and low power consumption. In comparison to current architectures, it has a simpler instruction set, simpler memory addressing, and smaller code.
The PN7462AUEV/C300Y family provides a complete package with capabilities including NFC, supporting all NFC Forum modes, microcontroller, optional contact smart card reader, and software all contained in a single chip. It can run at CPU frequencies as high as 20 MHz.
