The NXP Semiconductors PN5180A0HN/C3Y is a multi-protocol full NFC Forum-compliant frontend IC designed for RFID, RF access, and monitoring applications. It is packaged in a 40-pin HVQFN T/R package and is designed to support a wide range of NFC protocols, including ISO/IEC 14443A/B, ISO/IEC 15693, and FeliCa. It also supports NFC Forum-compliant tag types 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
