MPC97H74FA Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 52-LQFP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. 125MHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
