MMPF0200NPANES Description
MMPF0200NPANES is a type of Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) powered by SMARTMOS technology, which is provided by NXP Semiconductors / Freescale. It is integrated with a highly programmable/ configurable architecture with fully integrated power devices and minimal external components. It is able to power a complete system based on up to four buck converters, one boost regulator, six linear regulators, an RTC supply, and a coin-cell charger. The MMPF0200NPANES PMIC is available in a preprogrammed standard version or non-programmed version to support custom programming due to on-chip One Time Programmable (OTP) memory.
