MMPF0100NPAEP Description
With fully integrated power devices and minimum external components, the MMPF0100NPAEP SMARTMOS power management integrated circuit (PMIC) delivers a highly programmable/ customizable design. The MMPF0100NPAEP can provide power for a complete system, including applications processors, memory, and system peripherals, in a wide range of applications, thanks to its up to six buck converters, six linear regulators, RTC supply, and coin-cell charger. It is available in pre-programmed conventional variants or non-programmed versions with on-chip one-time programmable (OTP) memory to permit custom programming, according to the MMPF0100NPAEP datasheet. The PF0100 is designed to power a complete embedded MCU platform solution, such as an eReader based on the i.MX 6 processor, IPTV, medical monitoring, and home/factory automation.
