MKE18F512VLL16 Description
Kinetis KE1xF MCUs are the Kinetis E family's high-end series MCUs, with a durable 5V solution and a high-performance ARM Cortex-M4 core running at up to 168 MHz. Multiple ADCs and FlexTimers are included in the KE1xF, as well as a CAN 2.0B-compliant FlexCAN module and a wide range of communication interfaces such as LPUARTs, LPI2Cs, LPSPIs, and FlexIO for serial communication emulation. The devices have flash memory ranging from 256 KB in a 64LQFP package to 512 KB in a 100LQFP package.
