The KE1xF microcontroller is based on the ARM? Cortex?-M4 CPU and features different packages with larger memory densities and improved performance. With an inbuilt single-precision floating point unit (FPU) and digital signal processor, this device has a performance speed of up to 168 MHz (DSP). 256 KB to 512 KB is the size range for embedded flash memory.
