Members of the K65 subfamily offer higher performance, up to 2 MB of total flash and 256 KB SRAM of memory options, and integration with higher-powered peripherals such as dual USB and 10 USB 100 Mbit/s Ethernet MAC. These devices maintain hardware and software compatibility with the existing Kinetis series. The product also provides: integrated high-speed USB physical transceivers achieve higher performance flexibility and more intelligent peripherals through high-speed operation mode, which can run in stop mode.
