The Kinetis MCU portfolio consists of many ARM Cortex-M4-based MCU families that are pin-, peripheral-, and software compatible. Families have industry-leading low power and mixed signal analog integration and are constructed using cutting-edge 90 nm thin-film storage (TFS) flash technology with unique FlexMemory (EEPROM) functionality.
The Kinetis MCU portfolio's starting point is the K1x MCU series.
