The 256 KB on-chip RAM of the i.MX RT1020 CPU can be flexible configured as TCM or general-purpose on-chip RAM. The i.MX RT1020 combines an advanced power management module with DCDC and LDO to simplify power sequencing and lessen the complexity of external power supplies. Additionally, the i.MX RT1020 has many memory interfaces, such as SDRAM, RAW NAND FLASH, NOR FLASH, SD/eMMC, and Quad SPI, as well as a variety of connectivity interfaces, such as UART, SPI, I2C, USB, and CAN, for attaching peripherals like WLAN, BluetoothTM, and GPS.
