MCF51QE128CLH Description
The MCF51QE128CLH is a ColdFire family 32-bit reduced instruction set computing (RISC) Microcontroller that runs at processor core speeds of up to 50.33MHz. The Flexis series begins with the QE family, which consists of a pin-compatible 8-bit and 32-bit device duo. The Flexis controller series is the point on the controller continuum where 8- and 32-bit interoperability becomes a reality. The MCF51QE128 device adds up to 128kB of flash memory and a 24-channel, 12-bit analogue-to-digital converter to the bottom end of the 32-bit ColdFire controller family (ADC). The pin, peripheral, and tool compatibility of the 32-bit MCF51QE128 device with the 8-bit S08QE128 device is excellent. They share a set of peripherals and development tools, allowing for maximum migration flexibility.
