MC9S12XDP512CAL Description
MC9S12XDP512CAL is a type of microcontroller provided by NXP Semiconductors / Freescale based on an enhanced S12 core which enables it to support a better performance than a 25-MHz S12 whilst retaining a high degree of pin and code compatibility with the S12. It is able to deliver low-cost, power consumption, EMC, and code-size efficiency advantages to suit operational requirements. MC9S12XDP512CAL microcontroller is integrated with standard on-chip peripherals, s full 16-bit data paths throughout, a non-multiplexed expanded bus interface, I/O ports, and a PLL circuit.
