MC9S12A64CFUE Description
The MC9S12DJ64 microcontroller unit (MCU) is a 16-bit device made up of common on-chip peripherals, such as a 16-bit central processing unit (HCS12 CPU), 64K bytes of Flash EEPROM, 4K bytes of RAM, 1K bytes of EEPROM, two asynchronous serial communications interfaces (SCI), one serial peripheral interface (SPI), an 8-channel IC/OC enhanced capture timer, two 8-channel The entire MC9S12DJ64 features full 16-bit data pathways. However, the external bus can function in an 8-bit narrow mode, allowing for the interface of a single 8-bit wide memory for systems with reduced cost. A PLL circuit's incorporation enables power consumption and performance to be modified to meet operational needs.
