MC9S08QE32CFT Description
The S08QE family, consists of a pair of pin-compatible 8-bit and 32-bit devices. The NXP Controller Continuum's connection point for 8- and 32-bit compatibility is the Flexis series of controllers. The S08QE128 pushes the limits of the performance of the 8-bit architecture with 128 KB of flash, 24 analog-to-digital converters (ADC) channels, and a bus frequency of up to 25 MHz. The 8-bit S08QE128 device and the 32-bit MCF51QE128 are interchangeable in terms of pins, peripherals, and tools. With their shared peripherals and development tools, they offer the greatest degree of migration flexibility.
