MC9S08QB4CTG Description
The MC9S08QB4CTG 16-pin TSSOP and 28-pin SOIC are pins compatible with the QE8 device as a subset of the QE family. The microcontroller MC9S08QB4CTG has low-power features such as two ultralow-power stop modes, new low-power run and wait for modes, 6 μs wake-up time, ultra-low-power external oscillator, and clock gating register to turn off clocks to unused peripherals.
The QB8 has an 8-channel, 12-bit resolution analog-to-digital converter and up to 8 KB of flash memory (ADC). The S08QB8 can still run at its maximum 20 MHz CPU speed when powered down to 1.8V. A real-time counter, analog comparator, an 8-channel keyboard interrupt module, an 8-bit modulo timer, and a 16-bit timer/pulse width modulator are all included in QB8, which is ideal for low-cost, battery-sensitive, portable, and low-power applications.
