MC9S08JM60CLD Description
The MC9S08JM60CLD is a low-cost USB portfolio/Microcontroller Unit featuring one of the most cost-effective USB control solutions in the industry. With on-chip USB 2.0 full-speed device support, it offers a quick, cost-effective, and simple approach to standardising serial communications. The improved S08 core is used by all MCUs in the S08JM family. NXP also provides two complimentary USB software stacks to assist designers in simplifying applications incorporating USB capabilities. Internal bus frequency of up to 24MHz (48MHz HCS08 core) with 2.7 to 5.5V across and support for up to 32 peripheral interrupt/reset sources. Analogue comparators (ACMP)-Analogue comparator has the capability of comparing to an internal reference.
