The HCS08 Family of 8-bit microcontroller devices includes the low-cost, high-performance MC9S08EL16CTL Series (MCUs). The upgraded HCS08 core is used by all MCUs in the series, which also come in a range of module options, memory sizes, memory kinds, and package options.
