MC9S08AC128CFUE Description
The MC9S08AC128CFUE is an 8-bit Flexis Microcontroller that runs at a maximum frequency of 40MHz and is based on an improved HCS08 CPU (20MHz bus). The system includes a 16-channel 10-bit A/D converter, 128kB internal flash, 8kB internal RAM, and 54 general-purpose I/O ports. This device also has peripherals including two serial peripheral interface modules (SPI), one inter-integrated circuit (IIC) bus module that can work at up to 100kbps, and two serial communications interface (SCI) modules. When conducting in-circuit debugging, breakpoint functionality permits the placement of a single breakpoint (plus two more breakpoints in the on-chip debug module). Debug module for the on-chip in-circuit emulator (ICE) that has three comparators and nine trigger modes. Change-of-flow addresses and event-only data are stored in an eight-deep FIFO.
