The MC9RS08KA8 microcontroller unit (MCU) is a highly integrated and cost-effective microcontroller designed for use in home appliances, medical equipment, and other general-purpose applications. A very compact and highly effective RS08 CPU core, 254 bytes of RAM, 8K bytes of flash, two 8-bit modulo timers, a 12-channel 10-bit ADC, a 2-channel 16-bit timer/PWM, an inter-integrated circuit bus module, a keyboard interrupt, and an analog comparator are just a few of the standard on-chip modules that make up this device. The product comes in 16- and 20-pin units.
