MC912D60ACPVE8 Description
The MC68HC912D60A Microcontroller Unit (MCU) is a 16-bit device that offers two package options: 80-pin QFP and 112-pin TQFP. On-chip peripherals include a 16-bit central processing unit (CPU12), 60K-byte flash memory EEPROM, 2K-byte RAM, 1K-byte EEPROM, two asynchronous serial communication interfaces (SCI), a serial peripheral interface (SPI), an enhanced capture timer (ECT), two (one on 80QFP) 8-channel, 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ATD), a four-channel pulse width modulator (PWM) and a CAN 2.0A, B software compatibility module (MSCAN12). System resource mapping, clock generation, interrupt control and bus interface are managed by Lite integration module (LIM). MC68HC912D60A has a complete 16-bit data path from beginning to end, however, the external bus can operate in 8-bit narrow mode, so a single 8-bit wide memory can be connected to a lower-cost system. By using the PLL circuit, the power consumption and performance can be adjusted to meet the operational requirements. In addition to the Ithumb O port provided in each module, there are also 16 (2 on 80QFP) iUnip O port pins, with the function of waking up keys in stop or wait mode.
