The 8-bit M68HC08 Family of low-cost, high-performance microcontrollers includes the MC908JK3ECDWE (MCUs). The customer-specified integrated circuit (CSIC) design approach is the foundation of the M68HC08 Family. All MCUs in the family feature the improved MC908JK3ECDWE central processing unit (CPU08), and they come in a range of package formats, memory capacities, and module options.
