MC68HC11F1CFN3 Description
A high-performing member of the M68HC11 family of microcontrollers is the MC68HC11F1CFN3 (MCUs). This chip's additional input/output was necessary for the development of high-speed extended systems. Internal chip-select features, an increase in static RAM (one Kbyte), (I/O) ports, a non-multiplexed
bus, hence lowering the requirement for external interface circuitry. the analog-to-digital (A/D) converter, the timer, and serial I/O D) converter provide capabilities comparable to those of the MC68HC11E9. The MC68HC11FC0 is a high-performance, low-cost variant of the MC68HC11F1CFN3. Neither an EEPROM nor an analog-to-digital converter are present. The MC68HC11FC0 can function at up to six MHz bus rates.
