MC34712EPR2, powered by SMARTMOS technology, is a type of highly integrated, space-efficient, low-cost, single synchronous buck switching regulator with integrated N-channel power MOSFETs. It is well suited for providing the termination voltage (VTT) for modern data buses due to its highly efficient 3.0 A sink and source capability combined with its voltage tracking/sequencing ability and tight output regulation. The MC34712EPR2 switching regulator provides many control, supervisory, and protection functions to achieve easy implementation of complex designs.
