NX1117C20Z Description
A low-dropout positive voltage regulator with a 1 A output current capability is the NX1117C20Z series. The series consists of two versions with adjustable output voltage and 18 versions with fixed output voltage. A ±1% precision in output voltage is provided by the NX1117C series.
The regulators have a thermal shutdown, Safe Operating Area (SOA) control, and output current limiting.
A medium-power SOT223 (SC-73) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic container holds the NX1117C/NX1117CE family.
