LD6806TD-15H Overview
A TSOP case contains the Liner IC. The current output of this IC regulator is 200mA. There is a 10 volt dropout voltage on this transistor. A 5-pin is present on the chip. When the temperature is below 85°C, you are advised to use the voltage regulator IC. The chip's operating temperature cannot be lowered below -40°C.
