NCT3101S TR Overview
Generally, it supports 1 outputs at a time. To facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In Tape & Reel (TR) package, ready for shipping. Easy adaptability with the Surface Mount universal mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use in applications such as Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator and others. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions. The variable voltage regulator input voltage is designed to be 1V~5.5V.
