NTE999 Overview
In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TO-92 case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 3 terminations that can be connected. At present, it can produce an output of up to 100mA. The regulator has a total of 1 outputs to make sure that it delivers prompt, sufficient outputs. Depending on the chip, 3 pins may be available. As a general rule, it is recommended that you use the IC voltage regulator when temperatures are below 70°C degrees Celsius. At the lowest operating temperature that can be reached by the chip, it is 0°C. Generally, this voltage regulator IC can output 36V volts on a system level. In addition, it is specified that the voltage reference characteristic of the IC voltage regulator shall not exceed 2.495V volts. An analog IC, TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE, is used in this IC voltage regulator to provide analog signal processing.
