NJU7022D Overview
A 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case is used to package the op amp. Buffer amps of this type are called General Purpose-types. In the case of Tube cases, linear amplifier will be delivered. This electrical part should be mounted using type Through Hole. The buffer amplifier functions well at -20°C~75°C as far as operating temperature is concerned. The buffer amp consists of 2 circuits in total. This electronic part is recommended to be used with an 150μA supply for best performance.
