Package 8-XFDFN Exposed Pad. It is included in this package that the Tape & Reel (TR) package is also available. It is available in the Surface Mount version as well. The unit has a fully functional Single-Ended output that can be controlled. Configurable Multiple Function logic is used in its communication. A higher operating temperature at -40°C~85°C can be achieved. It contains inputs which are referred to as 3 inputs. It is a part of the 74AXP series. 0.7V~2.75V 1.2V~5.5V power supply is used to operate it. An additional feature of this part is that it has 8 terminations. Normal volatge needed for the part is 1.2V. Circuits with 1-basis are used in the design. It comes from the AXP product line. As a precautionary measure, the maximum voltage should be kept below 2.75V in order to protect the device. It is important for users to be aware that this device requires 0.7V or higher voltage in order to operate.
