In the case of Tape & Reel (TR) cases, the regulater IC is delivered. Packaging of the Liner regulator IC takes the form of a SOIC case. The PMIC chip has 24 terminations. On the chip, there are pins for the 24 axis. The analog IC that this regulator IC uses to make an analog signal is referred to as SWITCHING REGULATOR.
