PRF21BD471QB2RA Overview
Into 0805 packages, PTC thermistors are put to prevent damage. Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -20°C is recommended. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 120°C. This thermistor can supply 32V nominally when in operation. The PTC thermistors are designed for 100μA current.
