A 0603 package is used to protect the PTC thermistors from damage. In order to operate the PTC thermistors correctly, the minimum operating temperature should be set to -20°C. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature of this thermistor below 120°C to ensure proper operation. When it works, this thermistor can supply 32V voltage. For the current designed for PTC thermistors, 100μA has been selected.
