NCP15XQ471E03RC Overview
Thermistors manufactured by NTC are packaged as Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make it as convenient as possible, it is included in the package 0402 (1005 Metric). NTC thermistors are required to have a resistance tolerance of ±3% in order to function. Ensure reliable performance by setting the temperature of NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C. In total, these NTC thermistors have 2 terminations. It is necessary to connect the 2 pins to the NTC thermistors for them to function properly. In this case, the electronic component can absorb the dissipation of 0.1W. An NTC thermistor can dissipate a maximum of 100mW. With NTC thermistors, the maximum current can be 1.4mA without causing too much damage to the fuse.
