NCP15XF151J03RC Overview
Usually, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). 0402 (1005 Metric) includes it for your convenience. When using NTC thermistors, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be set at -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable performance. It should be noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. The 2 pins of the NTC thermistor must be connected in order for it to function properly. Electronic components are capable of absorbing power dissipation in the range 0.1W. There is a maximum power dissipation of 100mW during the operation of NTC thermistors. If the NTC thermistors are operated at the maximum current, the fuse element will not be adversely affected.
