MC36250 Overview
In order to prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, these devices are packaged in Radial packages. A PTC thermistor should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. It is important that the operation temperature of this thermistor does not exceed 85°C. It is possible that PTC thermistors operate at 16V voltage. In the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 16V. Heat should be produced by PTC thermistors in the 700mW range.
