MC36247 Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into Radial packages to protect the devices from damage. Temperature -40°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. If the PTC thermistors were to operate, 30V voltage could be supplied. A DC circuit is comprised of these thermistors, which are rated for 30V. It is expected that PTC thermistors produce 700mW heat.
