MC36203 Overview
A SMD/SMT package is used to protect PTC thermistors. A Cut Tape is used for the safety of these PTC thermistors. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should be set for the PTC thermistors. It is important that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 85°C. When the PTC thermistors operate, they supply 60V. thermistors in the DC circuit are rated at 60V volts. DC circuits should not exceed 60V voltage with this thermistor. In the DC circuit, the maximum voltage for these thermistors is 60V.
