MC36193 Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. Set the PTC thermistors to -40°C for a minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. When the PTC thermistors operate, they supply 90V. As for the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 90V. When PTC thermistors produce heat, they should be at 1.5W.
