MC36188 Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into Radial packages to protect the devices from damage. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -40°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. The PTC thermistors could supply 60V voltage when it operates. In the DC circuit, the voltage for which these thermistors have been rated is 60V. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 450mW. The voltage supplied by this thermistor should not be higher than 60V in the DC circuit.
