MC33191 Product Details

MC33191 Overview

Keeping PTC thermistors in SMD/SMT packages prevents them from being damaged. Packaged in the Cut Tape for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. Ensure that the PTC thermistors are set to -40°C as their minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. When operating, PTC thermistors could deliver a voltage of 8V. Whenever this thermistor works, it can supply 8V voltage. The DC circuit uses thermistors with a 8V voltage rating. A PTC thermistor should produce 400mW heat. Ildeally, PTC thermistors should operate at no more than 40A current. It is important that the voltage supplied by this thermistor in the DC circuit should not be higher than 8V.
