MC33190 Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into SMD/SMT packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape for safety protection. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -40°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. The PTC thermistors could supply 16V voltage when it operates. In the DC circuit, the voltage for which these thermistors have been rated is 16V. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 800mW.
