MC33189 Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into SMD/SMT packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape for safety protection. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -40°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. The PTC thermistors could supply 60V voltage when it operates. Nominally, this thermistor can supply 60V voltage when it works. In the DC circuit, the voltage for which these thermistors have been rated is 60V. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 1.5W. The current for PTC thermistors should not be higher than 10A. The voltage supplied by this thermistor should not be higher than 60V in the DC circuit.
