MC33155 Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. Temperature -40°C is the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. When operating, PTC thermistors could deliver a voltage of 250V. These thermistors are rated for DC circuit voltage of 250V. A PTC thermistor should produce 1W heat.
