NB679GD-Z Overview
There is a 12-PowerVFQFN package for easy voltage regulators' transportation of the harley voltage regulator.The package Tape & Reel (TR) is ready to be shipped out.As a whole, voltage regulator supports 2 outputs.The operating temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C TJ to avoid mal-function.On the switching regulator, you will find 12 terminals.The temperature is allowed to peak 260 when relow soldering.It can be used for a variety of applications since it has an output voltage of 5V.
