NB670GQ-P Overview
There is a 16-PowerVQFN package for easy voltage regulators' transportation of the harley voltage regulator.There is a package Cut Tape (CT) ready for shipping.There are total of 2 outputs that are supported by voltage regulator.In order to prevent malfunctions, it is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~125°C.The 16-QFN (3x3) package includes this harley voltage regulator.It has a Surface Mount for mouting on PCB or other boards.Temperatures below -40°C are not suitable.Use should not be recommended at temperatures higher than 125°C.
