MPQ4423GQ-Z Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. Featuring a 3A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. 30V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 8 pins are required. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 800mVV. There is a maximum output voltage of 27V from this voltage regulator 12v.
