MP9403EN-LF Overview
As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -20°C~85°C TA when operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 250kHz switching frequencies. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.3V as an input voltage. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.8V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 3A output current. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 7V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 5V is provided. On the basis of 5.5V's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily.
