MP8847GD-Z Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 14-VFQFN package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable (Programmable) output generated. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. 1.25MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. DC DC switching regulator's 6A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. 6V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. NOT SPECIFIED is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. Based on the maximal adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage of 1.23V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily.
